Staples Europe Sells-Off All Global Accounts & Businesses to PBS Holding.
On February 19, Staples Solutions sold the GAT (Global Accounts) business to PBS Holding. PBS Holding sees the takeover as an opportunity to further expand the direct customer business.
The entire global accounts team from Staples Solutions, led by Ian Kirton, will move to PBS Holding with the sale, as will a number of key account managers on site, according to the press release published by PBS Holding on its website Has. PBS is multi-channel capable, which means it plays a leading role in wholesale and direct sales in the respective countries.
