With the world on edge, businesses need to keep their hopes up for better days ahead.
Unbelievable and confusing has the past weeks been for humanity. For us, here in the US, to go from Superbowl weekend, then to the Olympics and then possible WW III the next weekend, leaves us all in a state of total shock and disbelief. This story is close to our hearts. Having grown up with parents who survived WWII and the Holocaust, to see the plight, the will, and the admirable efforts of the Ukrainian people is a remarkable tale of survival by a peaceful nation.This event changes the whole equation and balance of the world and the West. Europe is trembling, the US shows us all strength and unity, and the concept of capitalism and democracy is being tested once again. What does all this have to do with toner and ink? Absolutely nothing but to give a shout-out to peace is always a good thing for any industry. Besides, not many are into reading about saving print this week. Everyone is focused, fascinated and more worried about the future than ever before.
This event is not about territorial sovereignty or a geopolitical shift of power, but it’s about protecting freedom to live, to vote and to choose. This crisis has profound consequences for the cause of freedom.
Now is the time for free people around the world to rally in support of Ukraine and for peace.
