Prodigal son returns to HP MIKE Jamieson has been appointed national retail sales manager for inkjet and web solutions in HP Australia's imaging and printing group. He will focus on promoting the new Photosmart range of printers, including the HP ENVY110 and the Photosmart 7710 e-All-in-One, while continuing to develop the consumer market for HP's ePrint technology and Print Apps. "Whether consumers want to ePrint by sending an email or photo via a smart phone or computer direct to their printer from across the world, access the latest news content direct from their printer using HP Print Apps, or print from any Apple device without having to load drivers, HP makes it easy,'' Jamieson says. He is returning to HP after a year at Derni and some time as a Harvey Norman franchisee-in-training. He worked at HP from 2005 to 2010 in various Australia and New Zealand account management roles and was country manager at The Marketing Department consultancy in New Zealand prior to that.
