Brother Printer Co. Wants Dismissal, Sanctions In California Fraud Suit

Law360, Los Angeles (August 15, 2016) — Brother International Corp. asked a California federal judge on Friday to toss a proposed class action over misrepresentative printer advertisements, saying the lead plaintiff deserves monetary sanctions for deleting files regarding his printer’s functionality.
