Caboodle Cartridge Announces Expansion Plans in Kentucky and Ohio

JOSE, Calif., Aug. 06– Caboodle Cartridge, Californi based distributor
of re-manufactured ink cartridges and toners, is pleased to announce
expansion plans into Kentucky and Ohio.Louisville, Kentucky based GMS
Ventures has purchased the rights toopen several Caboodle Cartridge
locations in Kentucky and Ohio, as well as sell franchise opportunities
to interested parties in the two states. GMSVentures, led by investors
Greg Dorris, Moise Napier, and Steve Florence,have set a goal of having
30 Caboodle Cartridge stores open in Kentucky andOhio by 2010 and three
stores in the Louisville, Kentucky area by the end of 2006. Greg
Dorris, a partner with GMS Ventures, says, “We are very excited about
bringing Caboodle Cartridge to the great states of Kentucky and
Ohio.Caboodle remanufactured toners and cartridges are developed by
trained technicians in a controlled environment and facility — not
just refilled in the back of a store. This leads to a high quality
product perfect for business and personal use — at a significantly
lower price. Remanufacturedtoners and cartridges is approximately 40%
of the market in Europe and we feel is the future of the ink market in
the United States.”
Caboodle Cartridge, based in San Jose,
California, is an industry leader in high quality, lower cost
remanufactured inkjet and tonercartridges. Caboodle operates on a
