Canon unveils 100 percent recycled paper
April06– Canon USA Inc. has introduced its first 100 percent recycled paper product to meet increased corporate demand.
“More
and more government and corporate organizations are demanding recycled
and post-consumer content papers,” said Tod Pike, senior vice president
of Canon USA´s Imaging Systems Group.
Genuine Color Awareness paper
is made with 100 percent recycled-content material and has 92-percent
brightness. Lake Success, N.Y.-based Canon USA provides imaging
products and services to consumer, business-to-business and industrial
customers. Its parent, Canon Inc., had global revenue of $31.8 billion
in 2005.
