    AFL Ties Up With Cartridge World
    The duo plans to set up 250 Cartridge World stores in India by 2010.
    August 2006: New Delhi: AFL Pvt Ltd, an express and logistics brand in India, has tied up with Cartridge World, a printer cartridge refilling company, following which AFL will be the master franchisee for Cartridge World in India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Nepal, Bhutan and the Maldives. For the first time, the tie-up, through Cartridge World stores, would take the cartridge refilling concept to consumers and businesses in these countries, starting with India.Cartridge World plans to launch the first Cartridge World store in this quarter and expand the brand by appointing franchisees across the Indian sub-continent. The company’s target is to have over 20 Cartridge World stores in the first year of its operation and 250 of them by 2010. Cartridge World has 1500 stores spanning 40 countries.

    Mike Fuller, CEO, franchise development, Cartridge World, said, “The printer consumables industry is a $101 billion opportunity worldwide. Over the past ten years, we have seen the Cartridge World brand emerge as the world’s leading franchise in the cartridge refill and recycling category.
