Cartridge World wins award for its franchise programme
Cartridge World, a printer cartridge refilling company, has won Best International Franchise Expansion Programme at the Franchise Marketing Awards 2007, held by the Venture Marketing Group on behalf of the British Franchise Association. Originally based in Australia before moving to the US Cartridge World has opened 1,400 stores in 45 countries since 1997. It currently has 580 outlets across Europe and 500 stores in the US. The business is continuing to expand across Europe and has plans to open a further 200 stores in the US, as well as this its 46 Master Franchises across the world have been granted licenses to appoint franchisees in another 60 countries.”The award is a tribute to the support team in Harrogate, as well as the individual franchisees who are building highly successful businesses,” says Jon Cullen, Managing Director of Cartridge World.
