Hewlett-Packard Company (NYSE:HPQ) EVP William L. Veghte sold 305,000 shares of the company’s stock on the open market in a transaction dated Friday, October 24th.
The stock was sold at an average price of $35.15, for a total transaction of $10,720,750.00. Following the completion of the transaction, the executive vice president now directly owns 59,356 shares in the company, valued at approximately $2,086,363.
