China's Goldengreen Tech Becomes Major Shareholder of Cartridge World
In a joint press release dated 2 June 2015, Richard Yu, Chairman of Suzhou Goldengreen Technologies (SGT) of Suzhou, China, and Rod Young, Global CEO of Cartridge World, announced that SGT has become a shareholder of the Cartridge World Group.
"The synergies created between our two organizations present significant opportunities for the future of Cartridge World and its franchise network. Bill Swanson, our Global CFO and I are delighted with this exciting development”, says Rod Young.
He added “SGT is the world’s second largest OPC manufacturer behind Canon as well as a significant OEM supplier.
