CLOVER GROUP ACQUIRES UK’s LARGEST EMPTY CARTRIDGE BROKER
Clover
Holdings has announced the acquisition of Reclaim-it, one of the
largest cartridge and phone collectors in the UK.Reclaim-it joins
Clover’s portfolio of recycling companies including Clover Environmental
Solutions and Environmental Reclamation Services (ERS). The company
says the acquisition of the European broker is “the next step in
Clover’s geographical diversi?cation strategy and furthers their
commitment to becoming a vertically integrated environmental solutions
provider”.

Environmental Solutions said, “This acquisition supports our strategy to
increase our global collections footprint across multiple asset
categories and will enable us to meet the increased demand of
remanufactured imaging supplies. As the largest collector of empty
cartridges in the world, this acquisition ensures Clover will continue
to be able to provide industry leading product availability to the
entire family of Clover customers.”Units collected by Reclaim-it will be
integrated into the Clover processing platform to support European
sales requirements.Reclaim-it says it will continue to o?er its
customers “the same level of superior support to which they are
accustomed while leveraging the global resources Clover can provide”.
