CLOVER HOLDINGS MERGES DEPOT AMERICA & IMAGE1 Depot America and Image1, two leading manufacturers and distributors of fuser and printer maintenance kits, laser printer parts, and refurbished printers, have announced they are taking their partnership to the next level and are joining together to form a single entity: Depot International. Following Clover Holdings’ acquisition of Depot America in December 2010, the two companies say they have worked closely together on developing a global strategy to become the worldwide leader in printer parts. John Tiano, president of Depot International responsible for global operations said: “With the combined technical expertise, operational strength, and distribution capabilities of Depot America and Image1, we are positioning ourselves as the global leader in the printer parts industry.
