CE Canada announce three acquisitions

07— Mississauga (CAN): Corporate Express Canada has announced it has
acquired three companies to reinforce their ambitious growth strategy:
Taylor Office Products, Saxon Chemicals and IKOR Integrated
Facilities.The acquisitions reinforce Corporate Express’s objectives of
aggressive growth and increased market share in Canada.
Taylor
Office Products is a successful family-run business operating in the
Abbottsford, British Columbia area for over 30 years. Taylor’s product
line includes business equipment, office products and office furniture.
The addition of Taylor Office Products to Corporate Express will
further enhance Corporate Express’s presence in its British Columbia
market, and will offer Taylor customers an increased product line and
national distribution.
Saxon
Chemicals has provided innovative cleaning products and solutions to
customers in Toronto and the surrounding area since 1960. Saxon’s
strong customer base and facilities industry experience will be a key
addition to Corporate Express’s growing facility supplies segment.
Since
its establishment in 1984, IKOR has been successfully servicing the
needs of the contract furniture market with the supply and installation
of high quality furnishings for corporate, commercial, governmental and
institutional applications. IKOR will become a part of the Corporate
Express Business Interiors (CEBI) brand.
