ARBOR, MI (January 3, 2011) Diversified Computer Supplies, Inc., is
pleased to announce that it has acquired Stantek, LLC, the Kentucky
based cartridge remanufacturer and contract manufacturer of Aerospace,
Military and other Industrial products. Stantek is the most recent
addition to the DCS Imaging Solutions platform and advances the
Company’s strategy of becoming the focal point for independent dealers.
The combined organization of Stantek and DCS now has over 125,000 square
feet of manufacturing and distribution space in North America with a
sales volume greater than 150,000 cartridges per month.Brian Leek,
Imaging Division President of DCS, had this to say “Stantek has a long
history of producing both OEM and remanufactured laser cartridges at
their ISO 9001 2008 facility. Additionally, Stantek maintains the AS9100
Quality Certification required for many aerospace manufacturing
contracts. DCS continues to differentiate itself within the imaging
supply industry by creating an unprecedented model where dealers can
purchase remanufactured cartridges directly from a STMC/ISO 9001 2008
manufacturer and combine OEM products in a single shipment which can
