Most of suppliers in china do not care after the money is in their pockets, they will never let it go out again, they prefer to lose the customer and not to lose the money.
(This is an attempt to collect a debt For a Remanufacturer in the Middle East)

After a long consideration and even after a very long trial to solve the problem amicably with Caire,they never seems to care at all and do not wish to solve the problem in a win-win solution. We bought some Clone Xerox color toner cartridges from Caire and they sent us 2 sets samples for testing and evaluating the product, the result where great so we placed the order and paid full payment in advance including cost of shipping by air to our country, BUT the surprise was after he recieved the goods that all cartridges where useless and caused lot of problems to most of the machines, thus damaged many developer units and drum units, when he complaint to Caire, they asked for some photos proof of his words, we then sent back to them enough product to let them see the defect, then we asked them to solve this problem, they said that this is unbelievable as they are selling the same product all over the world without any problem, he then asked them to find a solution as his business is affected with all his customers. they said that they will prepare and send another 2 sets for his testing again because they suspect that the workers have filled the wrong toner and that the developer powder could be wrong, they then sent 2 new sets and they promised to pay the DHL cost of shipping but they did not pay the freight and we ended up paying for the new 2 sets through our forwarding agent in China,
After receiving the 2 new sets they sent we then tested the quality and it was not acceptable at all and then we demanded another solution, they said that they can only exchange the product again on one condition that he Re-ship back all the goods to them, paying all charges, and after they receive them they will check which one is unused and they will discuss how to do but he explained to them that he have no authorities to Export such product and that it is not only about the cost of goods and shipping charges that cost him around 4000 USD but there is also the customs clearance and the delivery fees to his warehouse, they then rejected this new solutions.
And now no response or promise to solve anything, it has been long time and we lost hope, we then contacted another supervisor about this problem with Caire, but the answer was that let him ship back all the goods and then we will check out, he said OK I will find a way to ship the goods back but on one condition, let them refund the cost to me same as I paid full in advance, because I cannot be sure that after they receive the goods back they will refund me the money or even exchange with more worse product, I do not trust them anymore, the answer came that "we only can check the problem after you return all the goods back to us"and now they stopped all further communications, we then he asked another local supplier about China toner industry and his answer was " Most of suppliers in china do not care after the money is in their pockets, they will never let it go out again, they prefer to lose the customer and not to lose the money".
