EOS's Zero-Landfill Initiative Was a Success in 2012

EOS Recycling News Environmental Office Solutions is committed to the concept of reduce, reuse, recycle and the philosophy of zero waste.   Thanks to you, in 2012,  over ¾ of a million pounds of waste keep out of landfills. Over 428,000 lbs. of scrap product waste was diverted from landfills and sent to a local trash-to-energy facility.  All cardboard, stretch film and soft plastic packaging is baled and sent for recycling, in the year 2012 over 300,000 lbs. of these materials have been recycled.  In addition, over 65,000 lbs. were recycled through the OEM manufacturers.   While we feel we are a zero landfill facility with regard to our products, we are actively working on initiatives to allow us to achieve a zero landfill waste status for all areas in our facility.   Thanks to you our Zero-Landfill initiative was a success in 2012	January 24, 2013 EOS is committed to recycle for generations to come…
