In April 2019, Steven Giannetta forwarded to many industry players important files showing illegal and unfair business practices by Chinese toner cloners and resellers on the amazom.com platform, one of the many News Organizations that these files were forwarded to was Action-intell.com that is ran by Charlie Brewer. Now most of the people and businesses that received these files just kept them for their records knowing very well already of the unfair global practices by the Chinese toner cloners, but Charlie Brewer of Action-intell.com took it a whole new level and forward these files to Chinese lawyers that are representing Aster Graphics in California, an Organizations that is well known in the industry as manufacturing "Illegal Counterfeit" toner throughout the world. Steven Giannetta who constantly researches information and market trends in our industry, was privy to some important industry information from an anonymous source showing constant illegal practice by Chinese toner cloner manufacturers such as Ninestar, Aster Graphics and many, many others. although these practices are well known in the industry they were for the most part "Rumor" until Giannetta and these advocates got these files that show and prove illegal trends throughout the world by Chinese toner cloner manufacturers in the industry, these files are from US court ruling Vs. these Chinese Companies and are factual notarized documents by our US courts. The online reseller platform Amazon has been named in these files many times and the information in these files shows Amazon playing favoritism and protecting members and their products through Amazon's fulfillment centers, were Amazon directly pack, ship, and provide customer service for these Clone Toner products. In these factual Files China's Aster Graphics is by far the most constantly named business entity that is breaking the law and terms by Amazon.
