HP continues patent protection
NOV 2005 – Palo Alto (CA): Hewlett-Packard has notified Cartridge World North America that it has found infringements of an HP ink patent in inks sold by multiple Cartridge World franchisees.
The company has been carrying out ongoing worldwide testing and enforcement efforts within HP’s Imaging and Printing Group in order to protect its intellectual property rights.
The initiative also discovered patent infringements in certain InkCycle cartridges sold under the Staples brand in March of this year.
