Hewlett-Packard Company (NYSE:HPQ) EVP Michael G. Nefkens sold 5,000 shares of Hewlett-Packard Company stock in a transaction that occurred on Wednesday, March 4th. The shares were sold at an average price of $34.47, for a total value of $172,350.00. Following the completion of the sale, the executive vice president now directly owns 29,109 shares of the company’s stock, valued at approximately $1,003,387.23.
