    HP pays US$118.4m for Israeli inkjet company
    Hewlett-Packard
    buys NUR Macroprinters, which supplies inkjet production printers to
    the printing industryNUR Macroprinters announced Monday that it has
    finalised the sale of substantially all its assets to HP, in accordance
    with the asset purchase agreement signed on December 9 last year.Under
    the terms of the agreement, HP has paid US$118.4m in cash to
    NUR.Following the closing of the transaction, David Reis, president and
    chief executive of NUR Macroprinters, has joined the HP management
    team.NUR’s board of directors will convene shortly to discuss the
    future directives for the company and appoint a new CEO.
