Hp Says Printer Buyer Can't Certify False Advertsing Lawsuit

Law360, New York (July 20, 2016, 4:57 PM ET) — Hewlett Packard Co. told a California federal judge on Tuesday that the customer accusing the company of falsely advertising its line of laser printers as easy to install can't certify a class of household consumers because the LaserJet Pro P1102w is primarily sold to businesses through retail channels and is not marketed for personal use.
