    IKON to Share Vision at The 2004 Outsourcing World Summit; IKON’s David Rupert to join Roundtable discussion on the Future of Outsourcing

    VALLEY FORGE, Pa., Feb 23, 2004 (BUSINESS WIRE) — IKON Office Solutions (NYSE:IKN), the world’s largest independent distribution channel for copier and printer technologies, today announced that David Rupert, IKON’s Vice President of Management Services, will be participating in a roundtable discussion on “The Future of Outsourcing” at The 2004 Outsourcing World Summit. Moderated by Conference Chair Michael F. Corbett, the internationally recognized author and lecturer on outsourcing, the panel will focus on creating business value through strategic outsourcing. As a panelist, Rupert will highlight the importance of service excellence in outsourcing, recognizing that the best results will be found through a combination of expertise and world-class service levels.

        In addition, the roundtable discussion will address:
    
        —  Current successes, pitfalls, and suggestions for improvement
            in today’s outsourcing market;
