    IKON Increases Share Repurchase Authorization by $200 Million
    MALVERN,
    Pa.–IKON Office Solutions , the world’s largest independent channel
    for document management systems and services, today announced that the
    Company’s Board of Directors increased its share repurchase
    authorization by $200 million, to $600 million in total. Since the
    Company’s share repurchase program began in March 2004, the Company has
    repurchased approximately 30 million shares, totaling $351 million,
    through March 31, 2007.

    As a reminder, IKON will hold its
    quarterly earnings conference call on Thursday, April 26, 2007 at 10
    a.m. E.D.T. All interested parties are invited to listen to IKON’s
    Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Matthew J. Espe, and Senior Vice
    President and Chief Financial Officer, Robert F. Woods, discuss results
