Is Europe’s Remanufacturers Association Etira Really Pro Reman?

Dear readers of Tonernews, we are being contacted by many European wholesalers stating that the oem’s constant lawsuits is making business too difficult in order to resell either OEM goods and remanufacture goods throughout Europe, then we came across this video from our friends in china at Recycling Times about the latest Remanexpo show that just took place in germany, in this video you can clearly see the director of Etira  (the European Toner and Inkjet Remanufactures Association) a Mr Vincent Van Dijk speaking on his stand about the industry,It Seams that this director wants more raids to take place at future trade shows like the one at the recent Remanexpo, we found this odd since many European wholesalers and remanufactures are constantly being restrained by the OEMs trade practices?.  
   
So was Germanys Remanexpo for Remanufactures or for the OEMs to Flex their Muscles?  
 
we’ve reached out to Mr Vincent Van Dijk at Etira and to date have not heard back?  
So we are asking all European toner wholesalers and remanufactures to really examine where Etiras true values are?.
