    Kodak appoints heads in Asia
November 2005 – Rochester (NY): Eastman Kodak has made two senior appointments to lead its newly constituted Asia operations, with immediate effect.
Ying Yeh and Warren Wisnewski will replace Karen Smith-Pilkington, SVP of Kodak and chairman/president of its greater Asia region, who has resigned for personal reasons.
The company has divided its greater Asia region into North Asia and South Asia regions, which will now report directly to Kodak’s worldwide headquarters.
Yeh, greater China chairman and general manager of external affairs at the firm’s greater Asia region, has been named chairman and president of North Asia. She will continue as a VP at the company and will remain responsible for external affairs across Asia.
Wisnewski has been named chairman of South Asia and VP of international operations, and will also assume the role of operations manager of North Asia, where he will report to Yeh. He will continue to serve as general manager of equipment manufacturing in Asia.
Both Wisnewski and Yeh will report to Charles Brown, chief administration officer and SVP at Kodak.
