Kodak introduces first printer February 2007 — Rochester (NY): Eastman Kodak has introduced its first ever inkjet printer to the market. With
ink cartridges priced much cheaper ($10-$15) than those of its
competitors, Kodak it hoping to take market share from the likes of
Hewlett-Packard (HP).Kodak is set to modify the model to make the
hardware more profitable while making less profit on ink.The printers,
intended for home use, will cost between $150 and $300.
