Zink Imaging Buys Rock Creek Center for $4.77 Million
Konica Minolta sold Rock Creek Center to Zink Imaging for $4.77 million, or about $13.50 per square foot.
The building is at 6900 Konica Drive in Whitsett, NC, in Guilford County. Zink Imaging, the innovators behind the recently-unveiled Zero Ink digital printing technology, officially completed purchase of the state-of-the-art manufacturing facility from Konica Minolta Manufacturing USA Inc. last month.The Whitsett plant is a coating and chemical mix facility originally built in 1989 for the production of a variety of imaging products. The plant is at I-40/I-85 at the interchange, 10 miles east of Greensboro. The plant offers 348,141 square feet, which also includes 18,960 square feet of office space.
