Lexmark CFO to retire

April 2005 – Lexington (KY): Gary
Morin, CFO of Lexmark International, plans to retire in the Q1 of 2006, the
company has announced.

Morin, who was named CFO in 1996, said he plans
to spend more time with his family.

A hunt for a new CFO is underway,
the company added.
