MSE to Host BTA FIX Workshop

VAN NUYS, Calif. – Micro Solutions Enterprises (MSE), a global leader in patented solutions for high quality intelligently re-engineered toner cartridges, is pleased to announce that it will be sponsoring the FIX Cost Management for Service 2.0 at the MSE corporate headquarters in Van Nuys, California on April 23, 2014.

FIX, BTA’s popular service workshop, teaches dealershow to compute the cost of service labor hour (service button rate), and improve overall service department profitability.

Workshop instructors Ronelle Ingram and Rock Janecek will cover first call completion and proven management and customer service programs within your service department. Those struggling with MPS and IT issues can learn new management skills to help transition their staffs to the realities of solution-based servicing.

Says Luke Goldberg, Senior VP, MSE:  “MSE has been a staunch supporter of BTA for some time now. We believe that the association brings great value to dealers with its high-level education and networking opportunities. This event, hosted at our manufacturing and technology center, will not only allow dealers to learn service button rates and how to resolve issues associated with MPS, but also to see MSE’s commitment to Made in the USA manufacturing and innovation.”

All attendees will be given a tour of the MSE production center and automation labs where they will witness the investment into technology, engineering, and QC.
