Nashua Corp. part of lawsuit

Nashua Corp. has been served with a first
amended complaint in a patent infringement and unfair competition suit by OCE
Printing Systems GmbH and OCE North America Inc., according to a document filed
with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
In the document, Nashua
Corp. said that the complaint is related to its ST-2140 and ST-466 toner
products.
It was filed on March 10 in the U.S. District Court for the
Northern District of Illinois last week. Last November OCE North America Inc.
filed an initial lawsuit, but did not serve the complaint on
Nashua.
Nashua Corp. said in the document it will have its lawyers look
at the amended suit and evaluate it before deciding what legal action it should
take.
Nashua Corp. makes a variety of specialty and thermal papers,
labels as well as imaging products.
