Canon launches recycling programme
AUG 2005 – Lake Success (NY): Canon USA has launched a Consumer Products Recycling Programme, through which consumers can buy UPS shipping labels to send their products back to the company for recycling.

Mario Rufino of Canon’s environmental management department said: “We want to work with our customers to ensure appropriate recycling of certain Canon consumer products to help the environment and local communities.”
