Imagistics Ranks Highest in Copier Customer Satisfaction
2004 Study by J.D. Power and Associates for Second Consecutive Year
Imagistics International Inc. Announced Monday that it has been awarded the Highest ranking in copier customer satisfaction for the second consecutive year according to the J.D. Power and Associates 2004 Copier Customer Satisfaction Study (SM). J.D. Power and Associates is globally recognized as a marketing information firm that represents the voice of the customer.
The study is based on responses from nearly 3,000 decision-makers at small, medium and large businesses in the first 19 months of copier ownership. It measured their satisfaction on three factors that define the customer experience: product, sales and service.
