Static Control Releases Odyssey Toner for HP1150 Static Control Announced the immediate availability of its Odyssey toner for the HP1150, which enables remanufacturers to stay ahead of the market demand. Comparable to the overall performance of OEM toner, Odyssey toner is available for high yield and low yield 1150 cartridges. Odyssey toner is created through an integrated system development process in SCC's Imaging Laboratories. Static’s Odyssey system prints the subtlest grayscale, such as a watermark on the HP test page. Performance has been tested along side the OEM imaging system using ASTM methodology. An SCC imaging system has a density range of 1.38-1.48 and a toner usage of 59g. An OEM imaging system has a density range of 1.37-1.50 and a toner usage of 50.7g. Other products available for the HP1150 include mag rollers, wiper blades, doctor blades, recovery blades, seals, foams, and felts.
