OPINION: Purchasing strategy now focuses on value of MFPs 
More corporate buyers are taking a closer look at their companies’ fleets of copiers and printers. Assessing office equipment inventory often reveals that companies have purchased too many copiers and printers from too many different suppliers, driving up costs for supplies, service and maintenance. Further evaluation finds workers don’t even use many of the features found on most copiers and printers.
