This year, winners will stay at Pennyhill Park Hotel in Surrey and will enjoy a horseracing event at Ascot Racecourse nearby. For 2015, I am in discussions with London's Shangri-La hotel. Our incentives must be in a desirable location or a celebration venue. Budgets are always a challenge, but they have remained static. As a business we are still keen on rewarding our over-achievers.
