HP Launches Two New Facilities In Taguig To Serve Region
HP Philippines Corporation has launched two state-of-the-art facilities in Taguig City that are aimed at providing faster issue solution for the company’s customers across regions.
The two highly advanced facilities, namely Mission Control Center (MCC) and Executive Briefing Center (EBC), Brian Humphries, HP senior vice president, said would provide innovative approach that deliver unparalleled levels of visibility and colorations for their customers.
Humphries also said that the facilities signaled HP’s commitment for its long-term investment in the Philippines as well as its desire to set world-class standards for information technology infrastructure and services in the country.
"The expanded capabilities will enable HP Philippines to extend innovation leadership across its current product and services portfolio, creating value added benefits for our customers," Humphries said.
Aside from its customers, Ryan Guadalquiver, HP Philippines managing director said the company plans to expand its operations and offer its services as well as technology to the public sector which has great potential application in disaster management scenarios.
The MCC is a facility that offers better understanding of the local and global environments and better decision making when managing its customers’ highest-priority events as it is equipped with tools to pull and report data as well as facilitate collaboration across HP delivery centers.
MCC also provides HP enhanced visibility into clients’ environments and enables proactive monitoring and issue resolution.
Within the HP MCC, data is managed using projection systems, video walls and digital signage displays. Advanced videoconferencing systems facilitate interactions with clients from around the world.
Meanwhile, the EBC is designed to enhance customer relationships and host high-level customer and executive meetings, product and service demonstrations. It hosts HP’s technology solutions and serves as a venue for presentations and floor walks with experts and HP executives for strategic business and technology discussions.
The EBC facility features virtual conference solution that facilitates real-time collaboration with team members and clients. Multiple board rooms with audio visual technology.
