police make burglary arrest
Three Los Angeles residents were arrested Tuesday night on suspicion of shoplifting ink cartridges at an Arroyo Grande business.
Alberto Barcos-Lopez, 38, Carmela Barcos, 34, and Carlos Morales, 41, were booked Tuesday night for suspicion of conspiracy to commit burglary and having stolen property. Bail was set at $30,000 each.
Around 5 p.m. Tuesday, one of the suspects went into Office Max and was seen trying to steal a printer ink cartridge.The Office Max clerk followed the man who met up with the other man and woman in the parking lot before entering Wal-Mart.Investigators discovered the three had conspired to shoplift ink cartridges at several businesses between Los Angeles and Arroyo Grande. About $3,000 worth of cartridges were recovered.
