Print-Rite is glad to see this kind of consolidation happening as a result of the strong stock market funding from mainland China. 

We hope our industry will be seen as more legitimate through this kind of M&A. 

Many people have asked when Print-Rite will go public,  While we do not have plans at this moment, there are many negotiations undergoing.  Print-Rite believes we have the highest value within the industry, not just because we have more than 34 years of history but because we have more than 2400 patents on hand whose values are not yet reflected. 

We believe that to ensure long term success, companies need to honestly do business by respecting intellectual property, having a strong mindset towards innovation, and positively contributing to society, employees, business partners and shareholders.  Print-Rite will, as always, continue with these core values and deliver them to our business partners.
