Rapid Brands Inc. Announces Resignation of Board Member
MINNESOTA,
Feb 08 – Rapid Brands Inc. today announced that Scott Dick resigned as
a director of the Company due to other commitments. His resignation is
effective immediately. Rapid Brands Inc., through its wholly owned
subsidiary Rapid Refill Corp., is a U.S.- based retailer in the
multi-billion dollar ink and tonerindustry. Rapid Brands Inc. is traded
on the TSX Venture Exchange under the stock symbol RAP.
