Sheriff’s Department nabs shoplifter

2006 ,23-year-old Theresa Fahrenwald went into Rite Aide and took a
shopping bag from the store and then proceeded to the computer aisle
where she filled up the shopping cart with ink jet printer cartridges
worth a total of $737.46.Fahrenwald then proceeded to leave the store
and was then chased by two store employees she hit one of the employees
and then proceed to tell them that she had gun and would shoot them.
The employees then ceased the chase.From Rite Aid, Fahrenwald then
proceeded to Dollar Tree were she approached a customer in the parking
lot Fahernwald told the customer that she needed a ride because her
boyfriend was chasing her. The customer and Fahrenwald then proceed
northbound on 220.Deputy Leatherman and Sheriff White responded to the
scene and a witness gave them a description of the car and told them
the direction of the car. White and Leatherman were able to find car
and interceptedFahrenwald. Fahrenwald was then arrested and plead
guilty. According to Leatherman, Fahrenwald stated that she was going
to take the ink cartridges to the D.C. area and sell them at a Pawn
Shop and then use the money to purchase heroin.
