Slow Q3 for Ikon AUG2005 – Valley Forge (PA): Ikon Office Solutions has posted a 4 per cent fall in Q3 revenue to $1.1 billion from $1.14 billion a year earlier.
Net income was $24.4 million, or EPS of $0.18, compared to $8.3 million, or EPS of $0.06, in Q3 2004.
The rise in earnings was due to a smaller expense for early debt repayments of $1.7 million compared with $35.9 million in the previous year.
