Staples acquires Prime
16 September 2005 –
Framingham (MA): Staples has acquired leading independent dealer Prime
Office Products which enjoys annual revenues of $135 million. A Staples
spokesperson claimed however that “this move is not part of a feeding
frenzy”. More information to follow when we have it.
