Staples honours suppliers
JUNE 2005–Framingham (MA):Staples has announced that 3M has scooped the coveted Thomas Stemberg Award, the
highest single award given to one of its suppliers.
Other winners of its
2004 Supplier Awards included Z-Line Designs and Eastman Kodak in the supplier
of the year category; while GBC, Officemate International,
Avery Dennison and Hewlett-Packard (HP) received recognition for best category
development.
Epson America, Hon, Sanford and Intuit Financial Solutions
all picked up product of the year awards; while 3M and Belkin received accolades
in the supply chain category. Finally, Sanford, HP and Parago took service
partnership awards.
