Staples Solutions Sells-Off
German Retail and Online Business.Staples Solutions has signed an agreement to sell its German retail and online businesses. Buyer is the New Office Center GmbH, which belongs to the Dutch group New Office Center Beheer.
The decision to sell was taken as part of Staples Solutions' strategic focus on B2B contract business. "The sale of our retail and online business in the Netherlands to New Office Center Beheer last year was a positive transaction for both our clients and our employees. I am pleased that our strong partner now follows the example and acquires our German business. This is a logical next step. I believe this transaction represents the best development for our German retail and online team, "said Dolph Westerbos, Chief Executive Officer of Staples Solutions.
