Taiwan market: Nearly 250,000 printers shipped in 4Q07

08 There were a total of 187,160 inkjet printers and multi-function
peripherals (MFPs) as well as 59,300 laser printers shipped in Taiwan
during the fourth quarter of 2007, according to International Data
Corporation(IDC) Taiwan.Hewlett-Packard (HP) dominated the market for
all types of printers except A3-size laser MFPs in the fourth quarter
of 2007.The total shipment volume for all types of printers in 2007
stood at 1.05 million units.
