Printersdirect Announces Tangent MTW Incorporated As Investment Partner
LITHIA SPRINGS, GEORGIA – Printersdirect, a world leader in remanufacturing laser printers for the managed print services industry, has announced that marketing communications and software application development firm, Tangent MTW Incorporated has joined the extended Printersdirect team as a shareholder.The partnership between the two companies further supports Printersdirect in the expansion of their efforts into the managed print and managed services arena, as the two principals of Tangent MTW Incorporated are well versed within the industry.
Norman McConkey and Laura Kittner are the founding principals of Tangent MTW Incorporated and both have been paramount in shaping the direction of the managed print industry over the past several years. Mr. McConkey has 20 years of experience within IT software development, most recently as the President and CEO of PrintFleet Inc until his departure in October 2009 to pursue the Tangent venture. Ms. Kittner also served as a founding executive within PrintFleet Inc, and in March of 2010 launched the industry’s first MPS channel driven media firm, The Imaging Channel, where she continues to serve as Editorial Director, in addition to her shared role as owner and director at Tangent.
