TonerCycle/InkCycle Promotes Milagros Santos As Director of R&D
MILAGROS SANTOS PROMOTED TO DIRECTOR OF R&D POSITION AT
TONERCYCLE/INKCYCLE.
LENEXA, KS, USA – TonerCycle/InkCycle is pleased to announce the promotion of Milagros
Santos to Director of R&D. The Lenexa, Kansas, based company is best known for providing
high quality remanufactured inkjet and toner cartridges to dealers and big box retailers under
private label agreements.
Milagros has been with the company for six years and has been instrumental in creating systems and protocols for developing and qualifying products. Under her leadership, the research and development (R&D) department has continuously improved their processes to ensure all cartridges produced perform at the highest level.
Milagros came to TonerCycle/InkCycle from Staples where she served as a Quality Manager.
Previously, she worked for Procter & Gamble where she served in several management positions including quality assurance, education & training and as a process engineer. She attended university in Peru, her native country, where she earned degrees in both Chemical Engineering Technology and Business Administration. She has also earned an M.B.A. from Hult International Business School in Cambridge, Massachusetts and is currently pursuing an M.S. in Engineering Management at the University of Kansas. “Milagros and her teams have done amazing things to build the strength of our organization,” said TonerCycle/InkCycle Vice President of Operations, Keith Riley. “This well-deserved promotion is just another example of the excellent leadership we have at TonerCycle/InkCycle.
