Two Hp Exec's Cash Out Over $4 Million Worth of Stocks
Robert Youngjohns, EVP and General Manager of HP Software, unloaded 117,185 shares worth $3,908,225 in three transactions on May 26. Following these transactions, Mr. Youngjohns now controls a remaining stake of 18,770 shares, worth $631,610.5 as at Thursday.
John F. Schultz, Secretary, General Counsel, and EVP of the company, sold 2,672 shares (7.82% of his overall stake in HP) for $92,024 in a single transaction on May 26. Following this sale, Mr. Schultz now directly owns the remaining 31,496 shares, priced at $1,059,840 as at Thursday.
