A Manchester based online retailer of ink and toner cartridges, has been honoured at the UK’s leading eCommerce Awards. TonerGiant.co.uk, a Manchester based online retailer of ink and toner cartridges, has been honoured at the UK’s leading eCommerce Awards.Britain’s best online retailers gathered to celebrate excellence and innovation at the Sheraton Park Lane, London for the 3rd annual eCommerce Awards for Excellence.
The prestigious awards are held in association with the leading global e-retailing association IMRG, who devised the 18 categories covering the breadth of the ecommerce industry.
It was in the category of the ‘Consumer Choice Award’ where TonerGiant triumphed as the clear winner, receiving most votes from the public.
Managing Director and Founder, Gary Flynn, said “We’re absolutely delighted because it’s votes from our customers that helped us win the award.”
Flynn adds “We’ve always been a customer focused organisation and the team here work tirelessly to deliver outstanding service to our customers. Winning shows that we’re getting it right but we won’t get complacent. We’re always looking to improve and we’ll be in the hunt for more awards at next year’s event!”
TonerGiant is a trading division of NetGiant Ltd, which started trading from a garage in 2003 at the home of husband and wife team, Gary and Joanne Flynn. The company now employs 14 people and expects to sell £10m of printer consumables through its websites over the next 12 months.
