West Point Products Acquires Multi-Laser
April 2008 West Point Products and Multi-Laser Inc. announced that they have reached an agreement in principle for West Point Products to acquire Multi-Laser. The companies expect to finalize the transaction by the end of April.Multi-Laser has been an industry leader in producing compatible imaging supplies since 1988. “Multi-Laser is a company with an excellent reputation in the industry, and has corporate values consistent with West Point Products. We are extremely happy to have Multi-Laser join the West Point Products family,” said Tom Day, CEO of West Point Products.
